The Course
The Workshops cater for students from 8 – 18 years and ALL are welcome, regardless of previous experience or training. All that is needed is enthusiasm for musical theatre. Activities include dance, improvisation, acting, singing and movement, building towards the end-of-week performance based on a musical. The day begins at 10 a.m. for all and on Monday to Thursday ends at 4 p.m. for under 11s and at 5 p.m. for the older participants.
On Friday we move to a larger Hall where the older students will arrive at 11.00 a.m and the younger ones at 2.00 p.m. to prepare for a workshop performance on Friday evening for parents, relatives and friends of the students.
What do I need to bring?
Children are asked to bring a packed lunch, and will be supervised throughout the day by staff. Numbers are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment. The cost of the week is £120 for the younger children, and £145 for older students. (Reductions for siblings!) and a non-refundable deposit of £25 per students is required to secure a place. The balance will be payable on arrival on the Monday morning.
